A Sam Houston State grad and former owner of a successful small business, I specialize in the sale of new and existing homes in Marble Falls, Kingsland, Granite Shoals, Horseshoe Bay and Spicewood. Prior to real estate I was the owner and executive chef of an award-winning Cooking School and Event Venue in Clear Lake, Texas. I worked closely with companies and individuals, hosting up to 100 participants in our hands-on cooking classes. Overseeing every element of a business from the ground up was a fantastic education in finance, negotiation, organization and patience.
Why I’m Different:
Leveraging my experience as a successful business owner, I am known for outstanding client service, 24/7 availability, personal touches, and the ability to skillfully negotiate with my client’s best interests at heart. I believe strongly that it is not only my duty to represent my clients to the best of my ability, but also to educate them throughout every step of the process armed with top notch information and market insight, so that my clients make the best decisions possible. I am honest, sometimes telling my clients things that they might not want to hear, hardworking and knowledgeable about the real estate industry.
I Believe in Giving Back
I am a firm believer in giving back to my community and am particularly passionate about loving my neighbors as myself. In 2019 I wrote and published my memoir about my family’s involvement in helping a homeless man in our community find his family, a full-time job and a home. The proceeds of the book were donated to a local homeless shelter and I continue to speak and write on that topic and the faith that inspires me.
In My Free Time
I love to read and study, especially the Bible, of course as a chef I cook for my family often, using the fresh vegetables and herbs I grow in my garden, I also have chickens, too many (look up the term “chicken math!” I live on a farm in Spicewood with my husband, and 4 dogs, 26 chickens, 6 ducks, 3 goats, sheep, horse and of course the donkey Eeyore. Life is indeed fun.
I look forward to speaking with you as a person, working with you as a client and serving you as my neighbor!
