Description

A great 59 acres just south of Columbus on CR 103 off Hwy. 71 south. Newly designed "Tiny Home" called BushTec, Inc. out of Africa. Never before seen on rural land in the state of Texas. These canvas tents are the first to enter the USA and is brought over by BushTec, Inc. out of Florida. This unit is unbelievable and for the first time I looked at it I was concerned but now I understand the way its built and how it holds up for 20-30 years. Its weather proof and doesn't leak and the roof is good for 30 years. Go to google and pull up BushTec, Inc. An engineering firm came from Florida to install the tiny home, took them about 7-10 days. Great engineering process, I remember when I first saw what the owner was doing about 2 years ago. Very nice structure. Tent housing is about 1000 feet and has two(2) bedrooms and one (1) full bath with tub and shower and half bath. Has two units of AC for the living area and bedrooms. Has small kitchen with sink, microwave, & fridge. The cooking stove is outside fueled by propane and under the front porch of BushTec canopy. The slab is about 3400 feet and has an outside shower portal. All the electic & water inlets are in the slab and poles put into the concrete to start the building process. All items stay in the house with the sale. A large rock table with 8 chairs came from Vietnam. Table weighs about 2-tons and cost $20,000 to buy it and cost $20,000 to ship it in 2021. The eight chairs are rock also and are still in the crate. All these items go with sale of property. Has two (2) water wells, one for the pond and one for the Tiny house. One well is 285 feet and the other 325 feet. Underground electrical utilites to "Tiny House" Electrical cost about $8,000 to bring electrical in and then over to house. Power to ranch is $10,000 from San Bernard Electric Coop. $12,000 tree clearing for $22,000. Underground power home was $11,000 and $2500 for tree clearing. Total cost for power $35,500.
